Modì® Apple brings Christmas to FICO Eataly World

During the Christmas holidays, from December 26th to January 7th, Modì® apple was the protagonist fruit at FICO Eataly World, the largest agri-food park in the world located in Bologna, Italy.
Two corners have been set up, one at the fruit and vegetable shop and the other at Eataly store, with typically Christmas elements, such as the big decorated tree, which have distinguished a Christmas customization declined in the nuance of the bright red, thus creating for the visitor, a family feeling perfectly inserted into the context.

It has been designed a communication system to explain the development of the variety, born in Italy by the CIV (Consorzio Italiano Vivaisti) and shared by 560 Italian producers, who with a strong collective spirit and united by passion, launched themselves into the adventure of a wide-ranging international variety club, respecting biodiversity, local aspects with a sustainable agricultural approach to meet consumer needs.

For the event, Modì® has conceived and printed a limited edition fruit sticker, characterized by a red bow that recalls the Christmas atmosphere and at the same time made each apple an exclusive and designer product, such as the preparation of a gift wrape.
An initiative of great success that has allowed to meet a public interested in quality food and involved in the experience thanks to 60 hours of tasting, clearly confirming a cross-gradation in different age groups, juiciness and crispness of the Modì® apple. Visitors were offered a fresh and juicy taste of apple, the exclusive shopper and the recipe of a delicious Christmas dessert "Coppette di mela Modì® al profumo di strudel", inspired by the classic Italian strudel, but revisited in a delicious cup with a double soul, crisp and velvety.
